Taking advantage of the Sino-French cooperation, SPEIT integrates the strengths of SJTU, French partner schools and enterprises, and builds a diversified faculty system consisting of full-time teachers, on-campus supervisors, visiting teachers, enterprise experts and visiting professors, who teach the students and act as the supervisors of the students' experimental projects and theses.
